Innodata Empowers 25,000+ Students with Innovative Learning Spaces

On August 18, 2023, Innodata marked a significant stride in education by officially handing over the Open Library, Ideate Room, and Smart Classroom to Cebu Technological University–Main Campus (CTU). As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility, the successful completion of the Education Support program holds the potential to benefit over 25,000 students and 1,000 faculty members.

Dr. Ronald Galindo, the Dean of the College of Engineering, commenced the event with a welcoming address, setting the tone for a momentous occasion. Imay Villa, Country Head of IKSI, conveyed a significant message, followed by Buddy Villasis from the Cebu IT-BPM Organization (CIB.O), underlining the robust partnership between Innodata and CTU. The pinnacle of the event was the unveiling of the Open Library, Ideate Room, and Smart Classroom, symbolizing the fulfillment of dedicated efforts.

Dr. Jose Maria Garcia, Dean of the College of Computer & Information Technology, fittingly encapsulated the collective sentiment of progress and growth in his closing remarks.

These learning facilities hold the potential to empower students in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. The Open Library houses resources tailored for enriched learning, while the Ideate Room and Smart Classroom foster interactive educational experiences and innovation.
