A Look into Innodata's Fitness Revival Across Mandaue, Legazpi, and Manila
In August 2023, Innodata initiated a fitness revival program within the workplace with the goal of bringing fitness and fun back to the daily routine of our employees. One of the highlights of this program was the reintroduction of Zumba sessions by certified instructors, held weekly across all Philippine locations. Classes also included raffles for employees to win prizes.
These onsite Zumba sessions were not only a means of promoting physical fitness but also a source of enjoyment for our employees. These sessions were also offered online via Zoom, allowing everyone to join in on the fun! The success of this fitness revival program was evident in the consistently high participation rate.
Highlights From Innodata’s Health and Wellness Caravan
Innodata went above and beyond to care for its employees’ health and wellness. The annual Health and Wellness Caravan, in collaboration with health partners, took place at the Embarcadero De Legazpi.
This three-day event not only provided free medical screenings but also offered dental advice, therapy sessions, PhilHealth Konsulta registration, and eye checkups. On-site blood test screenings and other tests were available, allowing individuals to gain insights into their health status.
